02

Company Registration & New Business Setup

We take you from idea to a registered, compliant business: company registration, choosing the right structure, and the paperwork needed to begin trading.

Registering a business is not difficult, but getting the structure wrong at the start is expensive to undo later. We set the business up so that ownership, control and tax position reflect what you actually intend.

What the work covers

  • Choosing the structure that fits what you are building
  • Company registration and the documents that go with it
  • Registrations and numbers needed before you can trade or invoice
  • Shareholding set up to match what the owners have agreed
  • A checklist of what has to be kept up to date once you are running

When people come to us for this

  • You are starting a business and want it set up correctly first time
  • You have been trading informally and need to formalise
  • A customer or tender requires a registered entity
  • You are bringing in a partner and the structure needs to change
  • An existing company's records no longer reflect reality

Corporate Deal Structuring

Support for partnerships, investments, joint ventures and acquisitions. We shape agreements so terms are clear, risks are managed and every party is protected.

A deal is decided long before the document is drawn. We work on the shape of it: who contributes what, who controls what, how money moves, what happens when it goes well and what happens when it does not.

What the work covers

  • Working out the commercial structure before anything is drafted
  • Partnerships, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
  • Investment and acquisition terms, including what is being bought
  • Verification of the other party and what they bring
  • Negotiation support through to signature
  • A written record of what was agreed, so the document matches it

When people come to us for this

  • You are taking on a partner or an investor
  • You are buying a business, or a share of one
  • A joint venture is being proposed and the terms are still vague
  • Two or more parties have agreed in principle and nothing is written
  • You are selling and want the terms to hold after you leave

Trusts, Constitutions, Wills & Estate Planning

Protect what you have built and the people you love. We draft trusts, constitutions for associations and organisations, and wills, and help you plan your estate with care.

Estate planning is one of the few pieces of work whose value is only felt by other people, at the worst moment of their lives. Done properly it removes argument, delay and cost from a family that will have enough to deal with.

What the work covers

  • Wills, drawn properly and kept where they can be found
  • Trusts, for family, business succession or charitable purposes
  • Constitutions for associations, churches, clubs and organisations
  • Planning how assets pass, and what that will cost those receiving them
  • Reviewing arrangements that were set up years ago and never revisited

When people come to us for this

  • You have children, property or a business and no will
  • Your circumstances have changed since the last one was written
  • You want to provide for someone who cannot manage assets themselves
  • A business needs a succession plan that survives its founder
  • An association or church needs a constitution that actually works

Public Relations & Media Strategy

Build a reputation people respect. We craft your message, prepare media statements and guide how your organisation presents itself to the public.

Reputation is decided by what people hear about you when you are not in the room. That can be left to chance or it can be managed, and managing it costs far less than repairing it.

What the work covers

  • The core message: what your organisation says it is, in words that hold up
  • Media statements, releases and responses to press enquiries
  • Preparation before interviews and public appearances
  • Handling a difficult story while it is still manageable
  • Guidance on how the organisation presents itself day to day

When people come to us for this

  • You are launching something and want it noticed
  • A journalist has called and you are not sure what to say
  • An issue is developing that could reach the public
  • Your organisation is well regarded locally and unknown beyond it
  • Different people in the business describe it in different ways

Project Management

Structured planning and delivery for projects of any size. We set clear scopes, timelines and budgets, and keep your project moving to completion.

Most projects do not fail dramatically. They drift: the scope grows, the dates move, nobody owns the next step, and six months later it is neither finished nor abandoned. Project management is mostly the discipline of not letting that happen.

What the work covers

  • A scope everyone has agreed to, in writing
  • A timeline with named owners and real dependencies
  • A budget tracked against actuals, not against hope
  • Co-ordination of contractors, suppliers and internal teams
  • Regular reporting short enough that it is actually read
  • Closing the project properly, including what was learned

When people come to us for this

  • A project matters and nobody has the time to run it
  • Something has stalled and needs restarting on a realistic footing
  • Several contractors are involved and nobody is co-ordinating them
  • A funder or board requires structured reporting
  • You are delivering for a client and the margin depends on control
07

Digital Marketing & Online Campaigns

Reach customers where they are. We design and run online campaigns that raise your visibility and bring in enquiries.

Most marketing spend in this market is a guess. We would rather run something small, measure what it produced, and put money behind whatever worked than commit a budget to a campaign nobody can evaluate.

What the work covers

  • Working out which customers are worth reaching, and where they are
  • Campaigns built around enquiries rather than impressions
  • Content and creative that sounds like your business
  • Social and search campaigns, set up and managed
  • Reporting that says what it cost and what it brought in

When people come to us for this

  • You are spending on advertising and cannot say what it returns
  • A new product or location needs to be known about quickly
  • Enquiries have slowed and you need the pipeline filled
  • Your competitors are visible online and you are not
  • You have an audience already and are not converting it
Fees

How the work is priced

Every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee against a written scope, agreed before the work starts. You know the cost before you commit, and the number does not move unless the scope does — in which case we agree the change with you first.

The fee depends on the size and urgency of the matter: a single agreement reviewed is a different piece of work from a year-long project or a campaign. We quote after the first conversation, once we understand what is actually in front of you.

The first conversation is free, and it is a real conversation rather than a sales call. Sometimes it ends with us telling you that you do not need us yet. That costs you nothing either.

Not sure which service fits?

Message us on WhatsApp and we will point you in the right direction. Describe the situation in a sentence or two; that is usually enough.
